Where are they now?

Mumble Tree: an original neo-grunge/indie-rock band from Rochester, NY.
The band members have known each other and worked in different combinations for years.
This collaboration brings all of them together for the first time, producing strong,
moody song writing and plenty of volume for the quartet’s stage show.

Mumble Tree was formed in the year 2000 by singer and guitarist, Tom Jones.
The line-up is comprised of key players from previous groups;
guitarist Mike Vorndran of Fiddle While It Burns,
bass player Jon Lundberg of BeOwner,
and drummer Joe Bonfiglio of Bones Magee.

The focus of Mumble Tree is to create interesting if not always meaningful original music.
The music itself is a collaborative effort, with the various members contributing
everything from simple ideas to entire arrangements. Jones writes most of the lyrics,
which usually begin as a mumbled melody line and then grow into full-fledged lyrical compositions.
